By creating an account and using Trip OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Trip OS is an AI-assisted trip planning tool that helps users organize, plan, and manage trips. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions including itineraries, places, accommodations, transport options, and cost estimates.

You are solely responsible for verifying all information before making travel bookings, financial decisions, or other arrangements based on the Service's suggestions. Trip OS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
Trip OS is currently in pre-release / early access. The Service may experience downtime, performance issues, bugs, or data loss. Features may change or be removed without notice. We provide the Service "as is" without warranty of any kind during this period.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, using the Service for illegal purposes, or attempting to reverse-engineer the AI systems.
You retain ownership of the trip data and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the Service. Trip data shared with collaborators is visible to all members of that trip.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip OS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses arising from reliance on AI-generated suggestions, missed bookings, travel disruptions, or any other damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
